The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Parish Conference in St Michael’s Parish (Vincentians) is a group of men and women whose efforts are focused at the Parish level. They are dedicated to helping anyone, from any denomination, in need of temporary assistance. A visit is made to the home by two members once a family contacts the Parish Office for the Society and help is provided in the form of food (food vouchers) and other necessities (e.g. clothing and sometimes furniture) The Vincentians make every effort to put their Christian Faith into action by providing assistance to anyone in need. They do this in such a way that the dignity and privacy of the ones they help are protected.
